Very nice but could be better
Great space in a perfect location. Didn’t have problems others mentioned- cleanliness, A/C, hot water were fine. But for the price they should spring for new sofa pillows; Some had holes. So easy to fix

The loft
My sister and I stayed at this location. We were right in the mix of where we wanted to be. This was a very easy property to get into and we felt safe. The space was cozy and spacious. We will recommend to others.

Not bad
Overall, it was a good place to chill. Loved that beach towels along with sunscreen was provided and that there was an in unit washer and dryer. Check in was easy “keypad lock”. Just wish there was more lighting by the shower at night. Also, we felt like the kitchen floors weren’t cleaned prior to us arriving there. Every time we went barefoot, it got dark quick. Haha! Wear your shoes.

Perfect
A lovely and unique unit! We found it better than expected! It is a quiet location for being in the center of South beach. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Also plenty of places to eat/Lincoln Rd/Flamingo park walkable. No car needed! We found it easy to communicate with management!!! .
